What we need: The Director Pricing is responsible for leading the strategic execution of pricing initiatives across all business units and sales channels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and operational excellence. They will drive the implementation and optimization of pricing systems, processes, and analytics to support margin growth, market share, and customer retention. What you'll do: Lead day-to-day pricing operations across channels, including quote execution, price maintenance, exception handling, contract alignment, and in-market price accuracy. Own the administration, optimization, and adoption of pricing platforms and supporting workflows, including Pricefx, SAP, and Vistex, to improve process efficiency, control, and scalability. Manage core pricing controls, dashboards, and operational reporting to monitor execution performance, identify issues, and support timely business decisions. Ensure pricing data integrity across systems through disciplined governance, validation routines, issue resolution, and ongoing process standardization. Deliver reporting and analytics that support price realization, leakage identification, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement in pricing execution.
