Who you are Metropolis is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. This role is crucial in overseeing the financial health and operational success of our locations within an assigned region. You'll be responsible for developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring our locations are profitable, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You'll play a key role in business development, from lead generation to negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients.
