Plating Team Lead Rolling Meadows, IL Position Summary: Methode Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: MEI) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plating Team Lead to oversee and coordinate daily operations in our plating department at our Power Solutions Group facility in Rolling Meadows. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality plating processes while maintaining compliance with NADCAP and AS9100 standards and internal specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on plating experience, leadership capabilities, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Methode Electronics, Inc. Position Responsibilities: Help coordinate and execute the daily production activities of the plating team. Ensures work is performed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and customer specifications. Monitor and maintain process parameters for various plating operations (e.g., electroplating, anodizing, passivation, etc.). Ensure all plating operations comply with NADCAP and other industry-specific regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing for and participating in NADCAP audits, internal audits, and customer visits.
