VP, Total Rewards Menlo Park, CA The Vice President of Global Total Rewards is a high-impact, transformational leader accountable for the enterprise strategy, design, governance, and continuous optimization of Meta's global Total Rewards function. Acting as a strategic advisor to the Chief People Officer and executive leadership team, this role is uniquely positioned to ensure our competitiveness in an AI-first talent world. Operating at the highest stakes, you will manage strategic priorities in a scarce talent market and lead critical rewards discussions with the Compensation Committee of the Board.
