Vice President, HR Information Systems HQ - San Diego, CA Axos Bank Target Range: $85,000.00 /Yr. - $125,000.00 /Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job The VP, HR Information Systems is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, advancing, and optimizing Axos' HR technology ecosystem to support business growth and workforce excellence. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to ensure HR systems, most notably Workday, are thoughtfully designed, seamlessly integrated, and tightly aligned with organizational objectives. Embedded within a highly accomplished HRIS team, this leader will collaborate alongside seasoned professionals known for their deep expertise, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
