Meta is seeking a Business Lead for the Meta SuperIntelligence Lab organization. This role is crucial for facilitating and driving the success of the leader, their respective leadership team, and the broader MSL organization. Key responsibilities include comprehensive executive operations, strategic thought partnership, meeting preparation and management, project coordination, organizational engagement, alongside proactive stakeholder management and project oversight for emergent MSL priorities. The candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational proficiency, proven experience in managing complex projects, excellent written communication skills, and seamlessly transition between providing strategic counsel and managing daily execution tasks. This individual must be a collaborative team member, prepared to thrive in a dynamic, high-expectation professional environment. Entrepreneurial acumen, proven ability to manage complex and sensitive information with agility, and a commitment to exercising the highest level of discretion are desired.
