Senior People Operations Specialist San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Portland, OR, or Remote within Canada or United States We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior People Operations Specialist to play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and maintaining operational excellence across our People function. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will serve as a Workday power user and process expert, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of employee data and HR processes. In this role, you will report to our Head of People Operations and will be responsible for Workday data accuracy while conducting EIB data loads and audits, perform Workday testing, and serve as frontline support for employees and managers for People team related programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about continuously improving people processes and systems. *Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Here are some things you'll do on the job: - Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to People programs, policies, processes, and Workday transactions. - Provide timely and accurate support for employee lifecycle events including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across all People Operations processes. - Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. -
