Operational Technology Engineer Region/Country Poland | State/Province/County All-Poland | City Lodz Operational Technology Engineer Łódź, Poland - Hybrid Setting We are seeking an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize industrial automation solutions across our global manufacturing network. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the deployment of standardized PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions Support MES integration and plant-level data frameworks. Close cooperation with McCormick's Cybersecurity team on identifying potential vulnerabilities and working on finding solutions on how to premeditate them in the future. Drive standardization across platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric Improve system reliability through high-availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies Identify automation opportunities that enhance performance, reduce costs, and support innovation initiatives such as predictive maintenance CANDIDATE PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field Proven experience in manufacturing OT environments. Exposure to Cybersecurity in an OT Automation environment. Familiarity with MES platforms and industrial historians Hands-on expertise with PLC and SCADA systems Strong understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
