The Team Biology at MaverickX is where molecular design becomes an industrial impact. Our team engineers microbes, designs novel proteins, and builds genetic systems that power everything from critical mineral extraction to next-generation chemical production. We work across protein engineering, synthetic biology, and high-throughput screening to create biological tools that operate in extreme environments and at field scale. Then we do the hard part: producing at industrial scale in our 40,000L reactors. If you want to design molecules that reshape energy and mining, this is where it happens. The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Automation Technician to join our growing R&D team. In this role, you will support and operate automated liquid handling systems and high-throughput screening workflows that are central to our discovery and development pipeline.
