Solutions Architect - Enterprise Hyderabad, , India Company Description: Job Description: Job Title: PLM Transformation Location: Hyderabad, India Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Manager to spearhead the Future State PLM transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for assessing current-state PLM processes, gathering cross-functional business requirements, and helping define the vision and roadmap for a scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystem. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the new PLM solution aligns with enterprise objectives and supports end-to-end product lifecycle processes within CPG industry. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone. Key Responsibilities: Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG. Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems. Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams. Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and priorities. Build MTIC PLM support and project team to enable future state Mattel PLM transformation program.
