Job Description: Job Description/Position Title: Project Management Analyst / Scrum Master Location: Hyderabad, India Type: FTE Reports To: IT Program Manager Responsibilities: Define and evolve the enterprise PMO strategy and operating model aligned to business goals in alignment with the Global GTO PMO Office. Act as a change agent, championing project and portfolio discipline while promoting agility and innovation. Support a team of program and project managers to deliver strategic initiatives on time, on budget, and on Business Value. Portfolio & Program Management Oversee intake, planning, execution, and tracking of programs and large-scale initiatives. Manage enterprise-wide project portfolio ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and resource capacity. Implement value realization practices to track benefits, ROI, and business impact. Governance & Standards Establish and enforce project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
