About this role
Project Coordinator I Chandigarh, India The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in delivering high-impact Oceaneering projects by ensuring seamless coordination, accurate project controls, and effective communication across global teams. Your contribution will enhance operational performance and strengthen client relationships. This may require domestic and international travel up to 25% of the year. ESSENTIAL Coordinate among all functional teams and shared services to ensure timely and effective project execution. Maintain all project-related documentation, including SoW documents, change requests, schedules, risk registers, etc. Prepare and maintain documents such as project progress reports, invoices, budgets, timesheets, project team deputation records, and project KPIs. Demonstrate knowledge of Scrum techniques, ceremonies, and daily stand-ups. Possess working knowledge of Jira for project tracking and management. Apply working knowledge of requirements gathering and feature development processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and structured user stories. Manage arrangements, clearances, project team mobilization/demobilization, and travel-related tasks. Manage inventory and asset lists of all non-human resources, issue registers, and transit documentation. Perform various tasks assigned within projects or related to operations. Support the project manager in planning, controlling, and implementing assigned projects. Administer and update relevant project databases, including INFORM Software modules for resource and asset management. Conduct regular project control meetings to track progress, issues, and dependencies. Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to build strong client-contractor relationships. Understand project-specific contractual terms and conditions. Working knowledge of INFORM Software for logistics, resource planning, and operational coordination is highly desirable. REQUIRED Engineering Graduate with 2-5 years of experience
