That requires exceptional people. About the role We're hiring a Sales Director to own the day-to-day execution of our whole sales team. You will take over management of the team immediately and be responsible for performance, pipeline, and deal execution during a critical phase of the company. This is a hands-on role. You'll be deeply involved in deals, coaching reps, and driving outcomes. You'll work directly with the founders while we continue building out the broader sales leadership team. What you will do - Own the performance of a team of Account Executives and SDRs. - Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions - Coach AEs on live deals with specific, tactical guidance - Join and help close strategic deals when needed - Ramp new AEs and SDRs transitioning into AE roles - Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy - Run forecast calls and ensure visibility into revenue - Track conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy - Support hiring by screening and interviewing AE candidates What we're looking for Must-have -
