Staff Attorney - Legal Research & Complex Motions San Francisco, CA, US; Oakland, CA, US; San Diego, CA, US; Sacramento, CA, US; Los Angeles, CA, US Description This role is primarily remote in the state of California except for required appearances. Liberty Mutual is seeking a skilled Attorney with 5+ years of relevant litigation experience to primarily draft complex dispositive, discovery motions, and conduct legal research. The attorney will also independently manage some moderately complex civil litigation matters. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, tort law and civil procedure, strategic case management, advanced technology utilization, and strong client relationship skills.
