Sr. Treasury Analyst – Employee Reimbursements Portsmouth, NH, US; Boston, MA, US Description Description Leverages financial expertise to support Payment Services, with primary responsibility for Employee Reimbursements (Travel & Entertainment) and operating alongside Bank Administration within the broader Payment Services function. Ensures seamless, controlled, and compliant reimbursement operations with system management including configuration, testing, enhancements, access controls, and payment governance. Supports complex processes and escalations, including executive-level matters, while using data insights to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience. Leads small to mid-sized initiatives and contributes to broader Treasury projects focused on T&E program optimization, policy adherence, and vendor performance, with exposure to bank administration processes to ensure seamless coordination across payment channels. Provides day-to-day operational leadership within the reimbursements workstream while supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. Serves as a mentor and role model, fostering team development and promoting a culture of accountability, strong customer service, and continuous improvement.
