Senior Real Estate Counsel Boston, MA, US Description Global Legal & Compliance - Senior Real Estate Counsel Role Overview The Senior Real Estate Counsel is a senior legal leader responsible for providing end to end legal support for the Company's enterprise real estate portfolio and workplace strategy. This role leads and negotiates complex, high impact real estate transactions and serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives on matters that materially affect the Company's financial position, risk profile, and long-term enterprise footprint. Working in close partnership with the Office of the CFO, Real Estate Solutions, and cross functional leaders, this role balances sophisticated legal judgment with commercial acumen to enable enterprise objectives, manage risk, and drive disciplined execution across the global real estate lifecycle. Core Responsibilities Lead Complex Real Estate Transactions - Lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, restructurings, tax exchanges, and real estate related litigation, providing end to end legal oversight from strategy through close. Strategic Advisor to Senior Leadership - Serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior executives on high impact real estate and workplace initiatives that affect the Company's rights, obligations, capital strategy, and enterprise real estate posture.
