Drive and manage Lear torque standards across all North America plants. EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED (The following duties are typical for this classification.) Audit/Track torque strategy across all NA plants in compliance with standard Subject matter expert on all types of fasteners, threaded fastener, rivets Drive innovations with fastening technology and automation Fastening equipment hardware selection MES data acquisition settings tracking and change request tracking Lear torque standards updating and progression Launch support, production support as issues arises with fastening Meetings w
