Responsibilities Develop, update, and standardize procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation in line with QMS/CSR requirements. Drive TISAX certification Plan, organize, and lead internal audits (Process & product) to ensure full system compliance. Lead problem solving for quality management system gaps . Ensure consistently audit (process and product) readiness at all times and coordinate the effective closure of audits findings. Drive the resolution of quality system deviations using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa; PDCA). Work in close collaboration with all functions to drive the quality system documentation Act as a key interface between departments for quality system topic.
