About this role
Industrial Engineer Specialist I Job Location (country) Morocco You support the Engineering & Test function by developing, executing, and improving test solutions for new and existing products. Your work ensures product quality, manufacturing readiness, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards while partnering closely with Manufacturing and Design teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test methods and procedures for new and existing products. Build, validate, and maintain test fixtures, assembly fixtures, and automated test programs. Support manufacturing operations by analyzing test results and improving test yield. Compile, assess, and analyze production test data to identify trends and risks. Propose and implement corrective actions for test processes and product deficiencies. Define test strategies and assess product testability during new product introduction. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and external partners to deliver test solutions on schedule. Ensure compliance with IATF, customer-specific, regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. Experience Requirements Engineering degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in electronics board testing or related test engineering roles. Experience with electronics troubleshooting and board assembly processes. Familiarity with industrialization principles and manufacturing test environments. Proficiency or working knowledge of VB, C#, and/or LabVIEW.
