Job Description You are a recognized expert in automotive electronics reliability, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and leading high-performing teams. You thrive in high-impact environments where data drives decisions, and you confidently engage with senior stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. You combine deep analytical expertise with strong leadership, enabling you to guide teams through uncertainty and deliver robust, reliable products. Responsibilities Lead and govern global reliability engineering activities from RFQ and design phase through field performance.​ Assess mission profiles, define assumptions, and reliability/ confidence level targets to support business and customer decisions.​ Oversee life data analysis, accelerated testing correlation, and product risk assessment based on field and warranty data.​ Support virtual validation reliabil
