Responsibilities You drive manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and process risk management across the product lifecycle as part of the EMEA AME Center of Excellence. This role strengthens design-for-manufacturing and assembly standards, leads PFMEA governance, and partners with engineering, plants, and suppliers to enable safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective production. Responsibilities Lead DFM/DFA and DFAA reviews to optimize product and process designs for manufacturability, automation, quality, and cost. Own and coordinate PFMEA development, deployment, and continuous improvement, including flow charts and control plans. Govern PFMEA standards and APIS IQ‑RM usage to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with global FMEA frameworks. Develop and maintain core PFMEA libraries, best practices, and lessons learned to reduce risk and speed up launches. Collaborate
