About the Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team within our Platform Engineering organization. Our mission is to empower engineers who take ownership, seek accountability, and care deeply about delivering reliable and performant experiences to end users. We do this by providing a cohesive platform of intuitive tools, proven patterns, and seamless infrastructure that make the responsible path the easiest one. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for building and evolving foundational capabilities that enable engineers across Lattice to deliver high-quality products efficiently, reliably, and at scale. You'll partner closely with engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders throughout the organization to improve engineering effectiveness, strengthen operational excellence, and support long-term platform investments. This is an opportunity to have broad impact across the engineering organization while helping build a culture that values ownership, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
