Product Design San Francisco | OnSite | New York City ABOUT LATENT Latent is building the intelligence infrastructure for healthcare. Our clinical AI platform helps health systems streamline medication access by automating complex workflows - prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance. By surfacing relevant clinical evidence from EHR data, we reduce administrative burden and accelerate time-to-therapy for patients. We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare. THE ROLE As we build the design function at Latent, You'll join a growing design function and own design end to end, from early problem framing through shipped product. You'll work directly with engineering, product, and customers to design enterprise software that makes complex clinical workflows feel simple.
