ROLE OVERVIEW The Implementation Project Manager - 340B leads end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting Latent's 340b product. This role requires strong healthcare project management experience combined with a working knowledge of 340B program compliance, pharmacy operations, split-billing systems, and contract pharmacy environments. You will drive timelines, technical coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across pharmacy, compliance, IT, revenue cycle, and executive leadership teams. You will ensure customers go live efficiently, achieve measurable value quickly, and are set up for long-term operational and compliance success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT LEADERSHIP & 340B CUSTOMER DELIVERY - Lead full-cycle implementation projects - from kickoff through go-live and stabilization - across health systems, with a focus on 340B program environments. - Build and manage detailed project plans inclusive of 340B-specific workflows, compliance checkpoints, and audit-readiness considerations. - Facilitate cross-functional meetings with pharmacy leadership, 340B program administrators, compliance teams, IT, and clinical operations. - Serve as the primary project point of contact, ensuring exceptional communication and alignment across stakeholders. - Identify risks specific to 340B environments (e.g., diversion risk, duplicate discount risk, contract ph
