THE ROLE Latent Health is experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking a GTM / Business Recruiter to help us build world-class teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and selected Business Operations roles. This position is based in NYC (Flatiron) and requires in-office presence as needed. You will report to the Lead GTM Recruiter, working closely on hiring strategy while taking ownership of full-cycle recruiting execution from start to finish. In this role, you'll help shape the GTM recruiting function, build talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate interaction embodies Latent's values and mission. This is a high-impact position: the talent you recruit will have a direct effect on revenue growth, market expansion, and Latent Health's ability to achieve its ambitious mission.
