This is a hands-on role for someone who has moved - or is ready to move - from writing code to thinking in systems and architecture. You'll work closely with a team of strong engineers on infrastructure-heavy, technically complex problems that have a real impact on IT teams around the world. Lansweeper is evolving its engineering organization toward an AI‑native development model , and we're looking for AI‑Native Senior Software Engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to work effectively in an AI‑augmented workflow. This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You'll be expected to have opinions, move fast, and use AI tooling as a force multiplier in your day-to-day work.
