What You'll Do - Lead and manage large-scale, complex software development programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of roadmap commitments for the Lambda AI Cloud compute platform. - Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance, translating product requirements and technical strategy into actionable work plans and milestones. - Possess a strong technical background to effectively engage with engineers on technical design decisions, architecture reviews, and sizing of deliverables for AI cloud services. - Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, developing mitigation strategies and communicating impact clearly to leadership. - Serve as the primary interface for program communication, ensuring clear, consistent, and concise information flow between technical teams and executive stakeholders. - Serve as the primary interface for program communication, ensuring clear, consistent, and concise information flow between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
