Overview The Senior Transportation Analyst III is a seasoned transportation leader responsible for end-to-end load planning in OTM, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and owning carrier performance management and executive reporting. This role leverages deep TMS expertise and advanced analytics to optimize transportation operations, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. What You'll Do Own load planning processes in OTM, including planning rules, optimization strategies, and system enhancements. Optimize routing and improve transportation network efficiency. Analyze transportation data and KPIs to identify trends, reduce costs, and drive performance improvements. Develop strategic, data-driven recommendations to support transportation initiatives and investments. Lead carrier performance management, including monitoring service metrics, maintaining scorecards, and driving corrective actions. Partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships. Support continuous improvement through process redesign, SOP development, and automation initiatives. Generate reporting and deliver insights and presentations to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex transportation challenges and support daily operations. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development. Provide rotating after-hours support for urgent transportation issues. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
