Distribution Supervisor Edgerton, KS, USA Distribution Supervisor Edgerton, KS, USA Posted Friday, April 24, 2026 BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION Provide customer service, maintain product availability, and supervise distribution personnel to effectively and efficiently distribute parts to assigned division dealer network. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines: Provide support to dealers by responding to inquires (via phone, email, and fax) regarding product availability, dealer order status, product applications, and compatibility. Resolve shipping issues/problems and track inbound and outbound shipments. Assist Sales and other department personnel in locating equipment and kits, answering questions regarding product availability and price, and resolving problems with invoices and equipment. Allocate products to dealers as assigned by Regional Sales Managers. Monitor and control inventory levels within assigned division through accurate processing (invoicing) of shipments, physical inventory, and adjustments as required. Provide supervision to assigned Distribution Department employees, including distributing and reviewing work, training, and coaching. May perform duties of Distribution Manger in his/her absence. SPECIAL PROJECTS Special projects may include attending National Dealer Meeting to supervise order writing team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING: Associate's degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years related experience. Experience in the agricultural equipment industry preferred. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain diplomatic in argumentative situations. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
