Technical Product Lead Berlin Office | OnSite Hi 👋, from the Kombo founding team, we are looking to hire a Technical Product Lead who will own one of our product verticals (e.g. HRIS or ATS) end-to-end. Your challenge is to own one of our strategic verticals and lead it through the next phase of growth, driving millions in additional revenue by shipping the solutions that solve our customers' biggest pains, acting like a founder within a startup. We believe that the best products get shipped by small, autonomous teams acting with a lot of ownership and leeway (like an early-stage startup or similar to PostHog https://posthog.com/handbook/company/small-teams, OpenAI https://calv.info/openai-reflections, Revolut https://www.linkedin.com/posts/sytaylor_revolut-goes-hard-they-have-up-to-20-products-activity-7269709386896347137-uz8V/) with product-minded engineers acting, owning much more of the product lifecycle than typical. This means our PMs can focus on strategy, prioritization, ensuring we build the right things for our customers and overall much more acting like a GM or founder of the product.
