As we scale, the RFP process is becoming an increasingly strategic part of how we compete and win with some of our most sophisticated customers. We're looking for a high-performing Proposal Manager to lead the charge in building and scaling our RFP response function. This is a high-leverage, high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence across the go-to-market organization. You'll be the first dedicated hire focused on RFP excellence-meaning you'll play a critical role in shaping the systems, processes, and strategy behind how we respond to customer questionnaires. You won't be building from scratch - we already have RFP software and practices in place - but you will have the opportunity to define best practices, elevate our approach, evolve our systems, and generally raise the bar for how Klaviyo shows up in competitive sales cycles.
