About this role
Key Account Manager - Specialty Channels Auckland We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to manage the relationships with our Specialty customers (petrol, Costco, convenience and food away from home). In this role you will develop and execute the commercial strategy for these customers, managing all commercial activities to ensure the company's business objectives are achieved. You will use your knowledge to identify and unlock opportunities, mitigate risk and develop a strong working relationship with your customer. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing You will be fully accountable as the Key Account Manager for all Specialty channels which will involve business planning, regular customer contact, program management, delivery of all financial objectives and the execution of category strategy Ensure agreed budgeted Net Sales and profit goals are met through effective management Design plans that reflect through-the-line activation of category and brand programs that maximize execution and turnover Implement and use forecasting systems for national forecasts by product Work towards a variety of KPI's including case fill and forecasting accuracy Develop and maintain promotional programs ensuring promotions are up to date reflecting customer submissions We're Looking for Someone With To be successful in this role you will need to have worked within an Account Management role within FMCG and thrive collaborating with customers.
