This role is hands-on and highly collaborative. As an educator, you'll deliver in-salon education, lead Academy programs, and collaborate closely with the sales team to support and help salon grow stronger, more confident and more successful. With a strong focus on colour education and technical development , you'll help shape the next generation of salon talent while strengthening relationships across our salon network. This role is for someone who loves sharing knowledge, thrives on creativity and wants to make a real impact across the industry.
