Field Engineer/Microwave Tower Technician | TowerPros Sioux Falls, SD or Spokane, WA Tower Pros is the dedicated field operations support team for some of the most successful HFTs in the world. It is our responsibility to build and maintain first-in-class wireless networks that compete in the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of financial markets. This is a position for Engineers / Rigging climbers that are truly interested in having their skillsets consistently challenged and actively want to learn new skills as the needs of the business grow. We are focused on a team environment and the most successful applicants will work as part of a team to constantly deliver and improve on the work produced. TowerPros is seeking a technically skilled Field Engineer / Microwave Tower Technician to build and maintain a sophisticated high-performance wireless network across the Upper Midwest and Northwestern United States. What You'll Do: - Promptly respond to network outages. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in an efficient and timely manner. - New construction and maintenance of existing infrastructure on towers, rooftops, and other communication structures to ensure consistent, best-in-class quality and reliability. - Proactively communicate realistic timeline expectations for assigned tasks. - Provide informational daily reporting on job progress and operational or maintenance issues. - Become the on-site technical resource for sub-contractors during new construction. - Participate in continuous trainings for new skillsets. - Regular completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications. - Safely operate all supporting equipment, including vehicles, and rigging equipment. - Regular
