Production Technician (Machining) 2nd shift Piedmont, SC 29673, USA Production Technician (Machining) 2nd shift Piedmont, SC 29673, USA Posted Wednesday, May 6, 2026 Production Technician (Machining) 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) Summary/Purpose The Technician B Assembly will support manufacturing activities and team members while following policies and procedures related to successful manufacturing operations. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Drive and lead team in 5S Relieve Team Lead as needed Perform preventative maintenance are required by the schedule Troubleshot sort stops and perform required quality checks Operate and maintain various equipment at an acceptable level with emphasis on quality, IATF 16949 standard, safety/environmental, 5S and productivity Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment in a high-volume production environment Able to communicate and perform in a fast paced, team environment with a positive outlook in communication and conduct with others Adherence to all company policies and procedures Flexible to work in any area of operation/shift as needed Travel as needed May perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Demonstrated ability to properly use various gauging equipment (i.e., calipers, bore gauges, micrometers, etc.) Prior machining experience. Knowledge of equipment condition check sheets and required documentation Able to perform preventive maintenance as required by the P.M. schedule Able to perform
