Overview The Recruiting Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders to identify and engage top-tier talent across niche technical disciplines. They will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence and outbound engagement to ensure consistent access to high-caliber candidates. They will work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term workforce plans, translating this knowledge into targeted sourcing approaches. This includes market mapping, competitive research, passive candidate identification, screening for technical and functional alignment, and driving best-in-class candidate experiences throughout the process.
