At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. Overview The Recruiting Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling our talent acquisition efforts to attract and onboard a dynamic and growing workforce. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving full-cycle recruiting operations while scaling our people, processes, and technology. We are looking for an empathetic, action-oriented recruiting leader who can navigate uncertainty with speed, build problem-solving teams, and partner cross-functionally to hire the talent that will drive Joby's mission forward.
