We're looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service. Overview Joby Aviation is seeking a highly organized, passionate Production Supervisor to join our powertrain and electronics team to lead the production of electronics for our VTOL electric aircraft. The ideal candidate knows how to setup production technicians to succeed at safety, quality, and quantity with focus, motivation, and joy. The role works cross-functionally with safety, quality, planning, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, supply chain, and more teams.
