In this role, you will impact production efficiency, team performance, and product quality by leading production teams, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a safe and compliant work environment. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead production teams to meet production targets and uphold quality standards. Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency. Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for timely delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and resolve operational issues. Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members. Analyze production data and propose data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment. Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development. Coordinate with engineering for new product introductions and process improvements.
