We're looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service. Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Control Supervisor to lead our Material Flow team in Marina. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials and products across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic planning with day-to-day operational involvement. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, technology-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and continuously improving our materials flow and logistics operations. Working cross-functionally with departments such as production, engineering, and testing, you will directly support our mission to transform the future of transportation.
