Project Engineer II Perth, Western Australia, Australia As a Project Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and maintaining our position as a leader in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in oil and gas, particularly in inspection, IMR, UWILD, or ROV-based inspection methods. Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate these to the team. Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on equipment and infrastructure. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inspection findings and implement necessary actions. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed during project execution. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field) is required. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on inspection or IMR. Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, UWILD, and ROV operations is preferred. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
