About this role
Advanced Site Reliability Administrator Dallas, Texas, United States Our Company: ISN was established in 2001 and is a global leader in contractor and supplier management. We work closely with a variety of household-name clients in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East to connect them with safe and reliable contractors and suppliers and incorporate a level of due diligence in the contractor management process. The Position: The Advanced Site Reliability Administrator is responsible for the uptime, reliability, performance, and management of all of ISN's cloud-based environments (Production, Disaster Recovery, Development, etc.) for multiple applications. This includes both management at the OS/service level as well as writing/maintaining tools that leverage automation to both minimize disruption and increase reliability for all of our services and applications. Who should apply? - 4+ years in a systems administrator, DevOps or software engineer role - 2+ years of managing mission critical 24/7 Production internet-facing applications - 2+ years of deploying resources to Azure or other cloud provider experience - 2+ years of demonstrated experience in automating deployments, server configurations, or creating DevOps-related efficiencies - 2+ years managing Windows/Linux OS patches and other software updates - 2+ years of experience with PowerShell, bash or other languages - Solid understanding of core networking and connectivity topics related to internet-based applications (DNS, load balancers, VPN, VLAN, etc.) Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and manage Azure-based virtual machines running Windows (2022+) and Linux (Ubuntu 22.04+) - Manage and support application hosting on
