About this role
Account Coordinator Atlanta, GA Purpose The Account Coordinator plays a foundational role in supporting account management across a dynamic, high-profile client engagement. This position is responsible for ensuring strong day-to-day operations, organization, and execution across projects - helping the team deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full advertising process, with opportunities to contribute across integrated workstreams including creative, production, and experiential, within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Support client team in day-to-day client management activities - Coordinate project timelines, creative deliverables, and internal review processes working closely with Project Management where possible - Prepare client-facing materials including status reports, meeting agendas, and presentations - Maintain meticulous project documentation in agency management systems - Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the team - Help track competitive activity and identify industry trends - Assist with developing client presentations and other presentation materials - Support the activation process by coordinating schedules and deliverables - Help monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytics reports - Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business, industry, and marketing objectives - Anticipate client and team needs to proactively address potential issues - Maintain and uphold “brilliant basics” across all account operations - ensuring organization, accuracy, and follow-through across deliverables - Support planning and execution of experiential activations, including events, partnerships, and large-scale brand moments (e.g., automotive and luxury lifestyle events) - Assist in managing event logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, run-of-show documents, and on-site support as needed
