As a Manager or Senior Manager on the Finance team, you will drive the financial management of the business - from budgeting and forecasting to strategic planning and reporting - while helping build the AI-enabled workflows that will define how modern finance teams operate. You will partner with senior leaders across the company to drive key decisions on operations, strategic initiatives, and resource allocation, and serve as a pivotal leader within a lean, high-velocity Finance organization. What You'll Do Financial Planning & Analysis - Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle end-to-end, including preparation of monthly management discussion and analysis at close. - Build and maintain detailed financial projections supporting the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecasts. - Enhance internal financial reporting packages that highlight growth drivers and performance relative to plan. - Guide analysis and modeling for growth and strategic initiatives, including new business lines, markets, and product investments. - Continuously
