Technology Lead Job Description: Service Scope: - Incident Management - Triage is in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team and incase resolution warrants code fixes it will be hand-off to GMF L3/L4 team. - Problem Management / RCA - Only Prod Environment is in Scope - Application Monitoring of all components in Production - Coordination between the team to resolve the issues - Debugging of issue - Minor fixes only in scope i.e. Configuration changes, updating credentials, Updating certificates - Vulnerability Remediation - Limited to running the DevOps Pipeline as per the standard remediation policy. - Infra Provisioning using DevOps Pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure. Staffing Requirement - Primary Skill - Net, Azure, DevOps. Integration Services Secondary Skill - Familiarity with Vulnerability Remediation and Infra Provisioning. Extra Information: Intermediate: Typically 4-10 years of experience, Quality deliverables, Guiding junior team mates, Working on big projects/solutions minimal oversight or guidance
