Role: Payroll Specialist Location: Linnavouri, Suolathi or remote What You'll Do - Manage Finnish payroll operations with a high level of accuracy, ensuring full compliance. - Collaborate with international teams to support multi‑country payroll processes. - Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and SOX/local compliance requirements. - Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives. - Handle payroll escalations and provide expert guidance to internal teams. - Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and year‑end testing. What You'll Bring - 3-6 years of hands‑on experience in Finnish payroll processing. - Experience working with international and offshore teams. - Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday. - Strong coordination, validation, and problem‑solving skills. - Fluency in both Finnish and English. - A collaborative mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
