Service Delivery Manager - (Motgage Platform) Overview We're looking for a sharp, delivery‑driven Service Delivery Manager to lead service operations for the Unisys UFSS platform within a Tier 1 bank . You'll own stability, performance, and stakeholder confidence across a mission‑critical core mortgage environment. Key Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, and SLA compliance. Lead incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause elimination. Act as the primary interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing clear reporting and proactive communication. Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement. Ensure all operations meet strict banking regulatory, audit, and security standards.
