The chosen candidate will undergo initial induction training as a group and then be deployed onto project work as part of the development support team. They will work closely with internal teams and directly with clients. This will include working from client site. The associate will perform productive work throughout most of their placement year and contribute to the success of the ePortal program. Working in software development team in a commercial environment on financial software for UK Financial Institutions. Candidate will be part of a technical team developing and supporting incremental banking solutions. The roles will involve liaising with colleagues at all levels including System Designers, System Testers and subject matter experts. The candidate will develop a range of technical and professional skills and will include some of the following: Working in a team through a project lifecycle Coding/scripting Testing General support Business analysis Documentation Direct client assistance You will be successful in this role if
