Roles & Responsibilities - Own the end to end S/4HANA data migration program, including strategy, planning, execution, quality, resources, and stakeholder communication. - Manage multiple Data Migration Leads across modules, ensuring consistency and standardization in migration activities. - Establish and enforce a unified data migration governance framework, including methodology, templates, tools, validations, sign offs, and quality gates. - Ensure consistent mapping, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes across all data streams. - Own and maintain the Data Migration Master Plan covering workstreams, milestones, cutover cycles, load waves, and dependencies. - Review and approve migration strategies from Data Leads, ensuring alignment with program needs and technical constraints. - Monitor migration progress across all streams and
