Key Responsibilities JVA Operations & Functional Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP JVA and IS-Oil support including incidents, service requests, enhancements, and stabilization. - Manage configuration across JVA: Master Data, Equity Groups, Partner Billing, Cash Calls, Cutback, Overheads, and JVA-FI/CO Integration. - Ensure compliance with customer JVA accounting standards. Production Sharing & Upstream Accounting Support - Support PSC processes including revenue sharing, cost recovery, and entitlement calculations. - Align with upstream business teams on hydrocarbon revenue, cost objects, and allocation rules. - Ensure timely and accurate upstream JV period-end processing. Onsite Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement - Primary onsite focal point for customer Finance, JV Accounting, and Upstream teams. - Provide daily updates, manage escalations, ensure SLA/KPI achievement. - Conduct workshops, requirements gathering, UAT support, and
